Chairman Frostbaum called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.

Approval of Meeting Agenda

Agenda, June 15, 2017

Commissioner Nickles moved to approve the meeting agenda, seconded by Commissioner Haggard, passing by unanimous voice vote of 5-0-0.

Approval of Minutes - May 18, 2017

PC Minutes 5.18.17 Final Revised

Commissioner Maziar made a motion approving the Minutes from the May meeting. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Johns and carried by a voice vote of 5-0-0.

Rezone from TR to TR to allow lot delineation while bringing resulting conditions into conformance.

Commissioner Johns made a motion to approve per Staff's recommendations with the motion seconded by Commissioner Nickles, passing with a unanimous voice vote, 5-0-0.

On-Going Business

 

Chairman Frostbaum voiced appreciation to Ronda Smith of the Sandy Springs Council of Neighborhoods for her dedication and commitment.

New Business

No new business was heard.

Public Comments

Sandy Springs resident, Masoud Zahedi, spoke to the issue of storage facilities along Roswell Road, specifically, regarding the occupancy levels of existing storage facilities and the future of storage facilities as part of the City's growth going forward.

Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 6:21 p.m.

A motion was made by Commissioner Nickles, seconded by Commissioner Johns to adjourn the June 15, 2017 Planning Commission Meeting which passed by unanimous voice vote, 5-0-0.
