Events and Filming Permits

Individuals or groups wishing to hold events on public property, or on private property but with an impact on public property such as roads, within the City limits, including City parks, must obtain a Special Event Permit from the City of Sandy Springs. Sandy Springs is a production friendly city welcoming television and film crews to shoot here.

Utility Permits

A Utility permit is required for construction work in the right-of-way which generally coincides with installation of fiber cable, water or sewer line. Utility permits are also used for lane closures that coincide with construction, tree removal, or some other type of road construction.
