The City's Call Center is staffed 24/7, 365 days - 770-730-5600.  Our friendly staff is able to answer questions, generate tickets to have issues investigated, or simply connect you to staff within city hall. Online chat is also available. 

Sandy Springs Works is a mobile app providing one-click access to the city's calendar of events and city parks; a quick link to the Road Work Advisory page and Traffic Watch map, quick links to the city's Facebook and Twitter pages, and enables you to report issues directly to the City. It's available at no cost for iPhone, Android and Blackberry in your provider's App Store.

You can also receive notices via email or text. Through Sandy Springs Alerts, you can opt-in to receive a weekly traffic update or emergency traffic notices, as well as emergency notifications from our Public Safety departments.

Emergencies should be reported by calling 9-1-1.
