Bender Ball Pilate Class - The Bender Ball method is a great core workout.  The Bender Ball will intensity target your abs on all sides also target and strengthen back muscles. You will be utilizing the Bender Ball for the entire core. Classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday for five weeks. Bender Balls are provided. Participants should bring their own mat. For ages 16 and up.

Fitness Boot Camp - Fitness Boot camp is a form of group fitness. The goal is to push students harder than they would push themselves. Participants will develop muscular strength, muscular endurance, and core strength, and burn 500 calories in a 50-minute workout.  Bring a mat and 3-5 pound weights.  For ages 16 and up. 

October 6-29

Yoga with Weights - A great total body workout combining fast pace movements with added resistance of weights will give yoga poses much more muscle toning and calorie burning power. Come and try our hot new Shred class. Bring a mat and  pair of 3-5 pound weights. For ages 16 and up.

November 10 – December 10
