Apply for a Business License

All businesses located within the City of Sandy Springs are required to maintain a valid Business Occupational Tax Certificate, commonly referred to as a business license, and pay applicable Business Occupational Taxes.

The certificate is valid for one calendar year and must be renewed annually.

Revenue Department staff are available to answer questions and provide guidance.

The Revenue Department is open by appointment only from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, at City Hall.
