EasyBuild Permitting Program

EasyBuild Permitting

The EasyBuild Permit program is designed to simplify and accelerate the permit approval process for smaller accessory structures and simple decks up to 500 square feet in size, offering significant time and cost savings. This initiative provides a simplified process for homeowners and residential contractors to obtain permits for simple new accessory structures, such as free-standing garages, outdoor kitchens, pool houses, storage sheds, uncovered decks, and more. It does not apply to renovations or additions.

EasyBuild Permits Appointments

City staff are available by appointment twice a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for 90-minute consultations to discuss your project in detail. During these meetings, City staff will review your proposed site plan and dimensioned floor plans provided by the applicant to determine if they meet site specific zoning regulations and to determine if additional construction details are required to obtain the permit. If appropriate, the City may provide code compliant construction details to the applicant for use with their permit submittal.

To schedule your EasyBuild appointments, please visit the www.spr.gs/Qless.
