Yogaland Family Class - Fall 2025

Through fun and animated poses, we take you on a journey to Yogaland, where you and your child can engage in playful activities, sing songs, and practice breathing exercises. This 45-minute class, suitable for children aged 2 to 6, also includes age-appropriate relaxation techniques. We extend a warm welcome to daddies and grandparents to join in this joyful and enriching experience.
- Thursday Mornings – Family Class (ages 2–5 + parent) – 10 -11 a.m.
- Dates: Aug. 14, 21, 28; Sept. 4, 11, 18, 25; Oct. 2, 9, 23
- Family Class (ages 2–5 + parent) $195 per family for the season
