Permits and Revenue Office

The City's Permits and Revenue Office is located in the lobby of City Hall.

The office is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The office closes daily for lunch from 12 to 1 p.m. Schedule an appointment (opens in new tab) to meet with a Revenue Technician, Permitting Technician, or Planner of the Day and pay by cash or check at City Hall.

The easiest way to pay a permit fee is on Build Sandy Springs (opens in new tab) by credit or debit card. There is a 5% surcharge for card transactions.
