Sandy Springs Works is a web-based platform for submitting non-emergency requests and service reports.

The platform enables residents to:

  • Submit requests online
  • Report issues to the City
  • Track the status of submitted requests

Online Permitting Appointments

Emergency Notifications

Sandy Springs Alerts is the City’s emergency notification system powered by the Everbridge platform.

Residents can opt in to receive notifications related to:

  • Severe weather
  • Major power outages
  • Public safety incidents
