Roadway Maintenance and Paving
The City routinely evaluates roadway conditions and maintains a priority-based resurfacing program using Pavement Condition Index (PCI) scores.
An independent third party surveys and rates all City-owned roads using the ASTM 6433 Standard Practice for Roads and Parking Lots Pavement Condition Index Surveys.

Streets remain open during resurfacing work; however, vehicles should not be parked in the roadway while crews are working.
If your property has a sprinkler system, please ensure it is not spraying water into the roadway during paving operations.
Minor delays accessing your street may occur while work is underway.
Resurfacing Process
