The Sandy Springs Works web application allows citizens to submit non-emergency requests 24 hours a day. This new web-based platform for Sandy Springs Works replaces the City's legacy mobile app and enables you to:

  • Submit a new request and provide details (i.e. type of request, contact information, location, photo) that will help the City respond most effectively.
  • Report issues without needing to create an account.
  • Track the status of your reports by clicking on the map or your tracking number.
  • Review a map or list of existing requests that other people have recently reported.

  2. Select the Category AND Request Type via the drop drown menus.
  3. Add additional details to assist staff in finding the issue quickly.
  4. Specify the address by entering it in manually, touching/clicking on the map, or using your device's GPS.
  5. Attach a photo to the request.  The more information we have, the better we can address the issue.
