The Sandy Springs Works web application allows citizens to submit non-emergency requests 24 hours a day. This new web-based platform for Sandy Springs Works replaces the City's legacy mobile app and enables you to:
- Submit a new request and provide details (i.e. type of request, contact information, location, photo) that will help the City respond most effectively.
- Report issues without needing to create an account.
- Track the status of your reports by clicking on the map or your tracking number.
- Review a map or list of existing requests that other people have recently reported.
