Temporary structures commonly include trailers located on construction sites that function as sales, leasing, or marketing offices for a subdivision or development.

The Temporary Use Permit is processed through the Administrative Permit application, which also covers several related temporary uses such as swimming pools and temporary classrooms.

Who Can Apply for a Temporary Use Permit?

Applying for a Temporary Use Permit

The portal also allows applicants to:

  • Submit construction drawings
  • Pay invoices
  • Request inspections
  • Track permit status

Applicants may also schedule an appointment through QLess to meet with a Permit Technician at City Hall for assistance with the application process.
