Lantern Parade: Bringing Light to Life

 

The Lantern Parade is an evening filled with glowing lanterns and giant, whimsical puppets! Families bring their own handcrafted lanterns, party as the sun sets, then everyone joins in the parade. The parade ends with unique puppets floating on the Chattahoochee River! 

The Parade is Saturday, May 9, 2026 with festivities starting at 6:00 p.m.

Parking is at 7840 Roswell Road. Walk 4 minutes to the Pre-Parade Party.

In a new location! Enjoy a live DJ, free activities, food trucks, and more. (6 - 8:30 pm)

Enjoy the Parade  

Step-off is 8:30 pm. After the parade, watch lanterns float on the Chattahoochee River. (Shuttles can take you back to Parking)
