City Parks
Sandy Springs maintains more than 950 acres of parkland across the city’s parks, trails, athletic facilities, and natural areas. Residents and visitors of all ages can enjoy a variety of recreational opportunities throughout the park system.
In partnership with the National Park Service, the City maintains trails and outdoor recreation areas along more than 20 miles of Chattahoochee River shoreline.
Parks are generally open from sunrise to sunset unless otherwise noted for athletic programming or special extended hours.
