City Green Live: Free Concert Series

City Green Live will feature high-energy, nationally touring artists performing on the City Green, offering attendees a lively, outdoor music experience. Whether you're a fan of rock ‘n roll, R&B or pop, residents and visitors are invited to bring chairs, blankets, friends and family and enjoy a night on the lawn. In addition to the music, there will be a variety of food and beverage options available from food trucks, pop-up bars, as well as nearby restaurants. 

 

Schedule 

This series promises an unforgettable night under the stars, with performances scheduled on Fridays below:  

 

Know Before You Go 

  • Public restrooms are available in the small brick building, located next to the splashpad on Mt. Vernon Hwy. Additional restrooms are available in City Hall. 
  • Blankets, lawn chairs (low-backed chairs preferred) and umbrellas are allowed. Please lower your umbrellas when the music starts.
  • No pets on the City Green. Service animals are permitted.
  • No outside tables, no tents. Please do not move existing bistro tables and chairs on the plaza.
  • No smoking or vaping. 

 

    Getting to the Concert 

    Complimentary Parking is available: 

    • South Parking Lot at the corner of Blue Stone Rd and Mt. Vernon Hwy 
    • City Springs Parking Deck - 1 Galambos Way (Accessible from either Mt. Vernon Highway or Sandy Springs Circle) 
    • ADA Parking is available at City Springs Parking Deck - 1 Galambos Way (Accessible from either Mt. Vernon Highway or Sandy Springs Circle)  
    Road Closures 
    • Blue Stone Rd. (from Galambos Way to Mount Vernon Hwy) will be closed on concert dates until 10:00 p.m.
    • Mount Vernon Hwy (from Blue Stone Rd to Galambos Way) will be closed on concert dates from 3:00 p.m - 10:00 p.m.
