Please Schedule an Appointment to meet with one of our Permit Coordination Specialists or the Planner of the Day.

Please visit Build Sandy Springs Webpage for more information on the new permitting software.

Developer Meetings are an opportunity for applicants, design professionals, and contractors to ask City Staff questions about their construction projects and requirements to obtain a permit.  A Developer Meeting is required if an applicant has three or more failed submittals but can be requested at any point in the permitting process (even prior to application submittal).

Developer Meetings are held every Thursday either virtual or in-person (hybrid), and are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Please contact mfields@sandyspringsga.gov to reserve an upcoming meeting time.
