Developer Meetings Schedule

Meet with City Staff

Developer Meetings are an opportunity for applicants, design professionals, resident, and contractors to ask City Staff questions about their construction projects and requirements to obtain a permit.  A Developer Meeting is required if an applicant has three or more failed submittals but can be requested at any point in the permitting process (even prior to application submittal).  

Developer Meetings are held every Thursday either virtual or in-person (hybrid): Schedule an Appointment
